We have just added a new A4 Pressure Seal payslip to our range.

The only difference between our current and new PSL4 payslips is the colour of the rear screen.  The PSL4B has a black screen for greater security.

It's not often this day and age that prices come down but we have managed to reduce the price of our PSL4 - Hand Seal payslips.

The old price was $300 plus GST (per 1,000) but we have today reduced this to $280 plus GST (per 1000).

The early payment discount of $30 still applies on all invoices paid within 10 working days.

If you were one of the many users who used the 11' lineflow payslips and was shocked and surprised when MYOB removed the ability to carry on using these (so you had to purchase their proprietary payslips) then you will be pleased to know we have a solution to the problem.

If you are keen to find out how ti works you need to be a customer of MyPayslips (we are the cheapest afterall) and we will tell you how to set everything up.

If you use MYOB EXO payroll and were forced to change to the new A4 lineflow format then we have good news for you.

You can now purchase these payslips from MyPayslips for substantially less than what MYOB are charging, for example:

Order one box (2000) of PSL2 for $400 plus GST from MyPayslips.  This price includes delivery.  Pay your invoice within ten ways and you can deduct $30 from the invoice total.

or

Order two boxes of MYOB 88064's (2,000) for $550 plus GST plus you may pay an additional amount for delivery.

So provided you pay our invoice on time you will be saving over $180 per box of 2,000 payslips.

For the last ten years we have offered our clients a prompt payment discount of $30 per invoice.

We are now extending this for bulk orders (orders of 4 or more boxes) so that you can now deduct $30 per box.

The only requirment is that the the invoice must be paid byt the due date - no exceptions.

If, like many others, you have been forced to change to MYOB's new A4 Lineflow Payslip then you will be pleased to know that you won't have to pay their extortionate prices for them.

MYOB are charging $550 plus GST and Delivery for 2,000 of their payslips.  Later this month we will have a similar payslip available for only $400 plus GST - DELIVERY INCLUDED.

They will be available for delivery from May 20th with an order code of PSL2.

Plus, we will also be offering our $30 prompt payment discount thereby making them even cheaper.

MyPayslips is currently working on providing an alternative to MYOB's expensive alternative.

The new MYOB payslip costs $275 per box of 1,000, plus delivery which is double the price of the one they have now removed from their program.

The old lineflow payslip was available from MyPayslips for $135 per box of 1,000 INCLUSIVE of delivery and prompt payment discounts.

So if you have been forced to change to MYOB's new payslip then let us know and once we have supply available we will be offering them at a special introductory price that will make your eyes water.

MYOB Payslips 12/04/2010

We are still in regular communication with MYOB in order that they find a solution to printing on the narrow payslips that so many companies use.

You can contact them directly (anthony.hamilton@myob.com) if this effects you and you are not happy.

We are currently investigation the option to provide a Payslip Distribution Service for our clients.

This will involve you sending us a file (possibly a pdf), we will print the payslips, fold and insert them into envelopes and either post to individual employees or courier to one delivery point.

If you could be interested in such a service then please send us a comment to this post.

In their wisdom, MYOB have decided to remove the ability from their payroll to print to 16 bit printer drivers.  Unfortunately, this means that those clients who use MYOB and the slim, lineflow payslips have real problems.

The need to do this was to comply with Windows 7 requirements, which must begger the question, who is more important, Microsoft or their Customers?

Lineflow printing is still an option but you have to use Windows, or 32 bit, printer drivers, which may, or may not allow you to select the correct page length, width or character size.

MYOB's solution to the problem is to buy their new, A4 size, lineflow payslips, which seems an awful waste of paper considering how small it has been in the past.

Other payroll software providers such as IMS, PayGlobal and SmoothPay all continue to provide the option to print to the slim lineflow payslips, which must show that they view their customers as more important than Microsoft....good on them!
